Homegrown is the true story of how a conventional Vineyard church "went house church" in a bold quest to re-engage their mission, simplify their structure, and fully involve their members.

Along the way, these believers began to learn a whole new way of being the church at the neighborhood level. The result is an exciting new mission to "empower everyday people to take the ministry of Jesus to everyday places".
Vineyard at Home
Founded in 2008, the first Vineyard at Home house church began meeting weekly in Foothill Ranch, California with a mission to "empower everyday people to bring the ministry of Jesus to everyday places".
The Foothill Ranch Vineyard at Home typically begins Sunday meetings with a potluck breakfast meal together. This is followed by worship, teaching and sharing in God's Word, and a time of ministry to one another. In addition, the people of Vineyard at Home regularly reach out to the surrounding neighborhood in both service and witness.
Our Vineyard house church members enjoy "keeping it real". They also appreciate the flexibility, multi-generational nature, and total participation of house church life. In recent days, several other Vineyard house churches have begun connecting across the country. Some have adopted the Vineyard at Home name for their local fellowship. Typically, these churches are affiliated with the greater network of Vineyard Churches in the U.S. (www.Vineyardusa.org).
We hope the Vineyard at Home concept thrives and grows so that life-on-life fellowship, a heart for service, Vineyard values, and whole-hearted worship find unique expressions across the country and around the world.
